Distance Sales Contract
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below:
A. 'BUYER' (Hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER")
B. 'SELLER' (Hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER")
By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance that if the order is confirmed, they will be obliged to pay the order amount and any additional fees (such as shipping, taxes, etc.) specified and that they have been informed accordingly.
2. DEFINITIONS
The following terms shall have the meanings indicated below in the interpretation and implementation of this agreement:

SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf or account of the person offering the goods

BUYER: A natural or legal person who purchases, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes

SITE: The SELLER's e-commerce website

ORDERING PARTY: The real or legal person who requests goods/services via the SELLER's website

PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER

CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and BUYER

GOODS: Movable goods subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, sound, video, and similar prepared for use in the electronic environment
3. SUBJECT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose features and price are stated below and ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER's website.
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sale prices. Declared prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Limited-time prices are valid until the specified end date.

7. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The basic features of the goods/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign has been organized by the SELLER, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Campaigns are valid until the specified date.
7.2. The prices listed and announced on the website are sale prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Campaign prices are valid until the campaign ends.
7.3. The total price of the goods or services, including taxes, is as follows:

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(Section 9 includes legal acknowledgements by the BUYER and SELLER regarding product delivery, cancellation, product condition, force majeure, communications, etc. This section can be translated in full if needed.)
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or to the person/organization at the address specified by them, without any legal or penal liability and without any justification. For service contracts, this period starts from the date of signing the contract. If service performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
10.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Notification must be made in writing (registered mail, fax, or e-mail) within the 14-day period.

The product must be unused and returned complete with original packaging and all accessories.

The original invoice must be included (If issued to a company, a return invoice must also be sent).
The SELLER must refund the total amount and cancel any debt-related documents within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and must collect the returned product within 20 days.
11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
(This includes: custom-made items, personal hygiene items like underwear, cosmetics, perishable goods, products with opened packaging, digital goods delivered instantly, and similar.)
