Return & Exchange

RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Return and exchange requests for online orders placed within Turkey will be accepted if the products are delivered to RODER’s official address (available on the Contact page) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • For products that you believe to be defective or faulty, a written notice must be submitted to RODER within 2 days of delivery. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment until the item reaches RODER.
    Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.
    If the product tag has been removed, it will be assumed that the item has been used and the right of withdrawal has been waived. In such cases, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per product. A second exchange is not permitted; only returns will be accepted.
    If you wish to make an exchange, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Exchange shipments are not covered by our company. You may send the item using our partnered shipping company with the shipping cost paid by the sender.

  • Products that have been used, have lost their originality, or are missing tags are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Once the product arrives, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.

  • If the product is eligible, the exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days.

  • If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, it will be returned to your address with shipping charges to be paid by the recipient.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products that have been used, have lost originality, or are missing tags are not eligible for return.

  • Products damaged due to use (e.g. tears, deformation, breakage, etc.) will not be accepted for return.

  • Return shipments are not covered by our company. You may send the item using our partnered courier company with shipping paid by the sender.

  • Due to legal requirements, all orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice. Please make sure the original documents are included when returning a product.
    Returns without an invoice will not be processed.

  • If you purchased a RODER gift box, its cost will not be refunded, as it cannot be reused.
    If the gift box is damaged during shipping and becomes unusable, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • For footwear returns, the packaging must be intact, the protective band must not be removed, tags must remain attached, and the product must be unused and in resaleable condition.
    If the original shoebox has shipping labels stuck directly on it or is taped with courier tape, the return will not be accepted.
    Products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were delivered.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Once the product is received, it will be reviewed to check compliance with return conditions.

  • If eligible, the return process will be completed within 15 business days.

  • The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address with shipping charges to be paid by the recipient.
