SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery Time:
Unless otherwise specified, shipments from our company are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Pre-order items are not included in this timeframe. During busy periods such as holidays, public holidays, or pre-order campaigns, this period may be extended.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery hours are between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays.
These terms apply to standard deliveries. To learn more about areas with specific delivery days or non-delivery zones, please visit the Yurtiçi Kargo website: www.yurticikargo.com. Shipping within Turkey is free via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your order status by entering the tracking number at the link below. Please check your spam/junk folders as tracking emails may be filtered.

What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are not available at the delivery address, the shipment will be marked as “undelivered” and returned. You can contact the courier company to arrange a more suitable delivery time. If delivery is unsuccessful and you cannot be reached, a notice will be left, and you will need to collect your order from the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
Please note: If the order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery, re-shipment will be at the recipient’s expense.
We strongly advise against requesting the package be left in shared spaces like your doorstep or apartment entrance, as the company cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels in such cases.
Things to Check at Delivery:
Please inspect the package for any signs of damage (tears, dents, wetness, etc.) before accepting delivery. If you identify damage, or if the contents do not match the invoice, do not accept the package and ask the delivery personnel to issue a damage report.
This report will help prove the issue was not caused by you and will facilitate the return or exchange process. Once the report is issued, a new product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Reports of missing or damaged products made after accepting the delivery without a damage report will be subject to review and may be accepted or rejected based on the findings.

All delivery times depend on UPS and your local carrier once the shipment enters your country. Delivery durations may vary and RODER cannot be held liable for any delays.
